Her specialty is ballet and lyrical ballet and she is not afraid to really challenge her class through difficult choreography. One of her favorite parts of dancing is the recital when everyone is so excited to perform, dress up, put on make-up and shine on the stage!! She was on The Dance Source Competition teams and won many first places as well as studied from Scott Watts, Rick Robinson, and his assistants. Rashell is married to Luke and they have 2 girls, Laynee and Sadie, who are also little ballerinas. Amber Nyman moved to Logan from Twin Falls, Idaho to attend Utah State, but ended up a full-time Logan resident once she met her husband, Brady Nyman who grew up here. Together they have 4 kids, although Amber feels like a dance mom to her daughters than an actual dancer, she has been dancing her whole life. Amber started taking ballet at the age of 7 under the instruction of Beverly Hackney, a well known professional ballerina that performed with a Utah ballet company. As she got older her love for dance grew even more and she continued to enhance her dancing skills at Mauldin’s Dance Academy where she studied Jazz and Modern Dance. Amber keeps up with her dance career mostly dancing freestyle with her husband and children in their home, at weddings, parties or any event that has music playing! Amber loves how her love for dance has never vanished no matter how busy or crazy her life gets.
